You should note that the Spanish alphabet contains three letters which are not found in the english alphabet. Those are:
- ch (che)
- ll (elle)
- ñ (eñe)
The letter w (uve doble or ve doble) exists in Spanish only in words of foreign origin, and is therefore not considered part of the Spanish alphabet altough you can see inside it.
All Spanish letters are feminine in gender:
- una S mayúscula = a capital letter
- la j = the "j"
